It’s important to note exactly what furnished apartments offer when moving, furnished can mean as minimal as a table and a fridge in some places.
The Haven provides FULLY furnished spaces. With comfortable couches, chairs, entertainment center, dining room table and chairs, kitchen applicances including dishwaher and microwave, full size mattress and bedframe, and dresser. You only need to bring items to make the space special to you.

Should you worry about parking at your new home?
Parking is so important and often over looked. Some apartments offer paid parking with cost of upward of $100 per month in addition to your rent cost. Some communities don’t offer guest parking making entertaining nearly impossible.
The Haven has parking for all residents at no additional cost and over 100 spaces for visitor parking. Residents receive parking passes at the time of leases to make identify vehicles easy.

A rental agreement for an apartment is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenant that details the rules and conditions of renting the apartment.
