PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at The Haven! We have a 50-pound weight limit and breed restrictions in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents. For convenience, pet waste stations are located throughout the community to make cleanup quick and easy.
GUEST POLICY
Guests are welcome at The Haven! They may stay for up to 3 consecutive days, with a maximum of 2 guests allowed to use community amenities. For safety and enjoyment, guests must be accompanied by a resident when using these spaces.
LEASE TERMS
At The Haven, our lease terms are designed to accommodate student schedules with flexible options outlined below. Choose between academic or annual leases to suit your needs, with the added convenience of included high-speed internet and a streamlined utility process. Explore the details below to understand our lease lengths, deposits, guarantor options, insurance requirements, and utility policies.
Length: 1-12 Months
Security Deposit: 1.5 times the rent amount
Guarantor: A guarantor is not required but is an option. Choosing a guarantor waives the security deposit.
Insurance: Renters’ insurance with a liability requirement of $100,000 is required. A waiver is available, but it does not cover personal property.
Utilities: Internet (Comcast) is included. Residents are responsible for electric, which is paid to the property as a reimbursement. The property pays the electric bill upfront, and the charge is split equally among apartment residents, so no one needs to put it in their name.
